  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
Stir Fry
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Seasoning

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and a pinch of pepper. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. While the beef is marinating, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef in a single layer and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, followed by minced garlic and ginger. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for approximately 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the pan along with the oyster sauce. Stir everything together for an additional minute until well coated and heated through.
Serving
  1. Serve your stir fry hot over rice or noodles, and enjoy!
