Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and a pinch of pepper. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking
- While the beef is marinating, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef in a single layer and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, followed by minced garlic and ginger. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for approximately 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the pan along with the oyster sauce. Stir everything together for an additional minute until well coated and heated through.
Serving
- Serve your stir fry hot over rice or noodles, and enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
