Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast strips with olive oil and fajita seasoning. Toss well so every piece is coated evenly.
- Slice the bell peppers and onions into thin strips. Add these to the bowl and toss everything together until it's evenly mixed.
Cooking
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture into the air fryer basket, arranging them in a single layer.
- Cook the fajitas for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Look for tender chicken and vegetables with a slight char.
- Remove the basket from the air fryer, and serve immediately with warm tortillas.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
