Preparation
  1. Begin by dicing the avocados, shredding the cooked chicken, halving the cherry tomatoes, and dicing the cucumber. Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
  2. In a large bowl, add the diced avocados, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. Drizzle the lime juice over the mixture to add flavor and prevent the avocados from browning.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the mixture to taste. Gently combine all the ingredients until well mixed without mashing the avocado too much.
  5. Enjoy your salad fresh, in lettuce wraps, or on slices of whole-grain bread.

Notes

For best results, use ripe avocados, customize chicken according to preference, and avoid browning by adding lime juice immediately. You can also add bell peppers or jalapeƱos for variations.
