Preparation

Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear. Look for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for perfectly cooked chicken.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving hot.

Notes

For more intense flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the balsamic mixture for a couple of hours or overnight before baking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked without over-baking. You can add vegetables to the dish for a one-pan meal.
