  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the mashed bananas, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
Baking
  1. Bake in the air fryer for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack before removing them from the tray.
