Ingredients
  

For the Frappe
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled Use a coffee you enjoy
  • 1 cup milk Regular milk or non-dairy alternatives such as almond or oat milk can be used
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Plus extra for drizzling on top
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream Can swap for chocolate ice cream for a mocha twist
  • as needed cups Ice cubes For desired thickness
For Topping
  • as needed Whipped cream Optional, for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill 1 cup of brewed coffee in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Scoop the chilled coffee into a blender along with 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of caramel sauce, 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stop blending and check the consistency. Scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Taste the frappé; if you want it sweeter, add more caramel sauce and blend briefly to mix.
Serving
  1. Pour the frappé into tall glasses, top with whipped cream, and drizzle additional caramel sauce on top.
