Preparation
- Chill 1 cup of brewed coffee in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop the chilled coffee into a blender along with 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of caramel sauce, 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
- Stop blending and check the consistency. Scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Taste the frappé; if you want it sweeter, add more caramel sauce and blend briefly to mix.
Serving
- Pour the frappé into tall glasses, top with whipped cream, and drizzle additional caramel sauce on top.
