Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix sweet rice flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  2. Gradually add water while stirring until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased, microwave-safe dish.
  2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir, then microwave for another 3-5 minutes until set.
  3. Let it cool fully before slicing.
Dusting and Serving
  1. Once cooled, dust the surface with cornstarch or potato starch.
  2. Cut into small squares and serve.
