Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, laying them flat.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, chopped onion, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, chicken broth, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the sauce using two forks, mixing well until fully incorporated.

  1. Serve the chicken over fluffy white rice or with slices of warm, crusty bread.
