Preparation

  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure the coating sticks well.
Coating and Baking
  1. Dredge each chicken breast in the pickle mixture, pressing down to adhere the coating well.
  2. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and the crust is golden brown, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
