Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes for extra smoothness.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, lightly greasing it with butter.
  2. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes, watching for the edges to lift and turn golden brown.
  4. Carefully flip the crêpe and cook for another minute on the other side.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet as needed.
Serving

Notes

Cooked crêpes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days with parchment paper between each to prevent sticking. Reheat in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
