  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.

Method
 

Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until well combined and a sticky mixture forms.
Shaping
  1. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small bites, about 1 inch in diameter.
Chilling
  1. Place the bites on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Serving
  1. Remove from the fridge and enjoy as a quick snack.
