Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl until fully liquid.
- Dip each quartered biscuit piece into the melted butter, making sure to coat them well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Toss the butter-coated biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until they are evenly coated.
Cooking
- Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to crowd them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp on the outside.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes to restore crispness. Optional: Add vanilla extract or experiment with different spices for unique flavors.
