  • 1 can Canned refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl until fully liquid.
  4. Dip each quartered biscuit piece into the melted butter, making sure to coat them well.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  6. Toss the butter-coated biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until they are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to crowd them.
  2. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp on the outside.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes to restore crispness. Optional: Add vanilla extract or experiment with different spices for unique flavors.
