  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil For sautéing the garlic and ginger.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the pot, cooking until browned, which should take about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the gochujang and soy sauce, mixing well to coat the beef.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, bringing it to a simmer. Look for small bubbles forming on the surface.
  6. Add your chosen vegetables to the pot and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until they’re tender but still vibrant.
  7. Carefully add the cooked noodles to the broth and mix well, ensuring everything is heated through.
  8. Serve the ramen hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Tips for best results include not overcooking the noodles and using fresh ingredients. Mix and match vegetables based on what's in season for added flavor.
