  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

  1. In a wide microwave-safe mug, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until combined.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix the cinnamon and brown sugar. Swirl this mixture into the batter without fully blending.
  4. Microwave on high for 60 seconds, monitoring closely until the top looks set but the center is still slightly soft.
Finishing Touch
  1. Let the cinnamon roll cool for 1 minute.
  2. While it cools, mix the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over the warm cinnamon roll.
