Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 10 minutes to firm up.
Rolling and Chilling
  1. Once chilled, take small amounts of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  2. Place the rolled bites onto a plate lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let them firm up.
