Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup heat-treated flour Essential for edible dough texture.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened Ensure it's fully softened for creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar Provides a deep toffee flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar Brightens the sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips Use your favorite type.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds classic cookie flavor.
  • Pinch salt (optional) Enhances flavor if desired.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heat-treated flour, softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until creamy (1–2 minutes) until the mixture looks smooth and cohesive—like a thick paste.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips just until evenly distributed to maintain the dough's thickness.
  4. If using, stir in a pinch of salt to enhance the cookie-like flavor.
  5. Eat immediately for a softer texture, or chill briefly for a firmer bite.
  6. Enjoy it directly from the bowl or alongside a scoop of ice cream.

Notes

Make sure the butter is truly softened to avoid lumps. Scrape the bowl once while mixing to remove any dry streaks. Use salt if your chocolate chips are very sweet for a balanced flavor.
