  • 1 package Oreo cookies Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1 cup heavy cream Beaten until soft peaks form
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese Blended until smooth
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and smashing them with a rolling pin. Set aside a small portion for garnishing later.
  2. In a bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
  4. Gently fold the crushed Oreos and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture. Carefully incorporate the whipped cream, keeping the mixture light and airy.
Chilling
  1. Spoon the mousse into serving cups, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to help the flavors meld and set the mousse.

Notes

For best results, ensure the heavy cream reaches soft peaks and use a gentle hand when folding to maintain airiness. Consider adding crushed candy or nuts, or drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce on top before serving.
