Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish, ensuring even formation.
Cooking
  1. Spread marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  2. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best results. If desired, add crushed red pepper flakes for heat. Broil for a few minutes at the end for a golden crust.
