Ingredients

For the Lemonade Base
  • 8 cups Homemade Lemonade (or your favorite lemonade)
For the Peach Puree
  • 4-5 pieces ripe peaches Avoid overly ripe peaches.
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped mint Plus more for garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Prepare your homemade lemonade according to your favorite recipe, then set it aside to cool down nicely.
  2. Wash the peaches thoroughly and slice them into thin wedges, discarding the pits. Reserve about ΒΌ of the peach slices for garnish later.
  3. In a blender, combine the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of the prepared lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint. Blend until smooth; if you prefer a thinner consistency, pour the mixture through a fine strainer to eliminate any pulp.
  4. Pour the peach puree into a pitcher, combining it with the rest of the lemonade. Stir gently to ensure everything is well mixed and the peach flavor is evenly distributed.
  5. Add in the reserved peach slices and some lemon slices for aesthetics. Garnish each glass with fresh mint and a slice of peach for a beautiful presentation.
  6. Serve immediately in glasses filled with ice, or add ice directly to the pitcher for convenience.

Notes

Chill your lemonade before mixing and ensure proper ripeness of peaches for the best flavor.
