  • 2 pieces cod fillets (about 6 oz each) Focus on quality cod fillets.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Brush the butter mixture generously over both sides of the cod fillets.
Cooking
  1. Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook the fillets for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  3. The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and has a slight golden color on the edges.

Notes

Serve with lemon wedges for extra freshness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
