- Spread an even layer of cream cheese over a low-carb tortilla.
- Layer your preferred sliced deli meats on top, covering the tortilla but not going to the edge.
- Add sliced vegetables and fresh spinach or greens on top.
- Sprinkle your choice of spices over the fillings.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheels.
