Ingredients
  

For the Pinwheels
  • 4 pieces low-carb tortillas Look for pliable tortillas that are low in carbohydrates.
  • 8 oz cream cheese Allow the cream cheese to soften to room temperature for easy spreading.
  • 8 oz sliced deli meats (turkey, ham, etc.) Use preferred deli meats.
  • 1 cup sliced vegetables (cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.) Add desired crunchy vegetables.
  • 1 cup spinach or salad greens Can substitute with other greens.
  • 1 tsp spices (garlic powder, onion powder, etc.) Sprinkle to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread an even layer of cream cheese over a low-carb tortilla.
  2. Layer your preferred sliced deli meats on top, covering the tortilla but not going to the edge.
  3. Add sliced vegetables and fresh spinach or greens on top.
  4. Sprinkle your choice of spices over the fillings.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheels.

Notes

Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes before slicing for best results. Customize your fillings as desired.
