Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the asparagus and cut the carrots into even-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the asparagus and carrots with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking until they are tender and lightly caramelized.
  2. If desired, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and Parmesan cheese before serving.

For best results, cut the vegetables into uniform sizes and avoid overcrowding the air fryer to ensure even roasting. Consider adding herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
