Preparation

- Cook the sausage until golden brown and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare your pancake batter according to the package instructions or your homemade recipe.
Assembly
- Pour a small amount of pancake batter into the greased muffin tin, just enough to cover the bottom.
- Place a piece of cooked sausage in the center of the batter.
- Top with a little more batter to cover the sausage completely.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin.
