  • 1.5 cups Water or milk Follow the instructions based on the pancake mix used.
  • 2 Eggs Add for a richer pancake batter (if using homemade).
Sausage
  • 1 pound Sausage (links, patties, or turkey sausage) Cook until golden brown before assembling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cook the sausage until golden brown and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, prepare your pancake batter according to the package instructions or your homemade recipe.
Assembly
  1. Pour a small amount of pancake batter into the greased muffin tin, just enough to cover the bottom.
  2. Place a piece of cooked sausage in the center of the batter.
  3. Top with a little more batter to cover the sausage completely.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  2. Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin.
