Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Take the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3–4 inch circle.
- In the center of each dough circle, add 1–2 slices of pepperoni, 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, and a cube of mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the edges of the dough up around the filling and pinch them to seal, then roll gently into a ball.
- Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down in your air fryer basket, ensuring there’s space between them.
Cooking
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Brush this garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the dough balls.
- Air fry the pizza bombs for 14–18 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- While warm, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, and serve them hot with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Don’t overfill the bombs; too much filling can make them difficult to seal. Keep an eye on the cooking time as air fryers may vary. Let them cool slightly before serving.
