  • 1/2 cup milk whole milk
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract added after boiling

Preparation
  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk.
  3. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in oats, peanut butter, and vanilla until well combined.
Cooling
  1. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or small cookie scoop.
  2. Allow cookies to cool at room temperature until firm.

Notes

No-Bake Cookies can be stored in an airtight container to prevent them from drying out or becoming sticky due to humidity. If they don't set properly, double-check the boiling time next time.
